Climate in Action

This event comes as part of the nationwide celebration of SMIT (Science, Mathematics, and Information Technology) Month this September, providing a distinctive opportunity for students to engage in an educational journey that can reshape our planet's future. Students were able to witness how climate change affects our planet through an Interactive Exhibit, 3D Film Showing, and Digital Dome Theater.

"Ang purpose po ng event ngayon is to educate po yung mga students about nangyayaring effect sa global warming at climate change dito sa planet natin. One thing na purpose natin is for social awareness natin kung ano ba ang pwede nating gawin para ma lessen ang effect ng global warming." Sharmae Formanes, a staff of Pivot Edutech Solutions Inc. shared.

"I enjoyed the experience because not only I got to learn about how we can prevent climate change, I had fun trying out the things at the Interactive Exhibit." Gea Renomeron, a grade 11 student from Our Lady of Lourdes shared.

With a focus on climate change, this event aims to empower and inspire students to make a positive impact and implement change in our environment.
