Tech Lords hailed overall champion in the 17th Founding Anniversary Closing Program

In an unexpected turn of events, Tech Lords was announced the overall champion in the Closing Program of the 17th Founding Anniversary of Liceo del Verbo Divino, Inc., February 24.

Driven by the goal of defying the odds, Tech Lords ended with 5,070 points putting Primal Warriors second place with 4,980 points.

Medieval Knights ranked third with 4,820 points and Steampunk Heroes finished fourth with 4,810 points, putting everyone on their heels with the 10-point difference.

Mr. Giovane Ragrag, team leader of Tech Lords, expressed his gratitude towards the team members saying that they would not be able to bag first place without them.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me to win an award as the overall champion. I owe a great deal of gratitude to everyone who put forth such extraordinary effort, especially the Tech Lords team members and above all, the competitors in the various competitions, as without their help our team would not have been able to claim the title of overall winner for the 17th LVD Founding Anniversary this year,” Ragrag said in a statement.

“Working together as a team and being receptive to the ideas and opinions of others will, in fact, produce excellent outcomes. Mabuhay Team Tech Lords! Kudos, LVD!” He added.

This is the first time Liceo del Verbo Divino, Inc. held a face-to-face Founding Anniversary celebration in three years since the COVID-19 pandemic.
